Collect from one cold-water tap on drop-off day. Fill and label all three bottles, scan the QR code, enter the exact collection date and time, and submit the form.

Use the secure payment link sent by email. Keep the bottles upright and cool—not frozen—and return them to the same depot before its cut-off time. Bacteria samples must reach the laboratory within 24 hours.
